3. Google API Data — Limited Use Disclosure
Our application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We request read-only access to Gmail (
gmail.readonlyscope). We do not read, compose, send, or delete your emails. - Google data is used solely for the purpose disclosed at the time of authorization — to verify account ownership and facilitate the talent matching process.
- We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service, or as required by law.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you have given explicit permission or it is required for security purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security
All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data is stored on servers within secure cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We retain your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Applications inactive for more than 24 months are deleted.
